A Gentle Tea for Grounding the Body & Spirit
Millet Congee with Enoki Mushrooms and Kabocha
I also wanted to share a tea I made for our sound bath at the lovely Joyful in Dobbs. This event sold out quickly, and we hope to have many more here. I added small amounts of each, 5–10g at most. To me, it’s an opportunity every day to nourish the body and mind. Food is medicine!
