I am a licensed acupuncturist certified by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM). I earned my Master of Science in Acupuncture from Tri-State College of Acupuncture in New York City and have also studied at Pacific College of Oriental Medicine and the American College of Traditional Chinese Medicine in San Francisco.

I have worked at California Pacific Medical Center, treating patients recovering from physical trauma, stroke, and spinal cord injuries, with a specialization in scalp acupuncture. My training includes Chinese Facial Diagnosis with Lilian Bridges, Facial Rejuvenation Acupuncture with Virginia Doran, Thai Yoga Massage in Greece, Royal Thai Massage in Mexico, and Chi Nei Tsang (abdominal massage) with Mantak Chia in Thailand. I am also yoga certified in the hatha lineage through Integral Yoga.

I studied philosophy of religion and Asian Studies at Colgate University and have traveled extensively in India, exploring religion, philosophy, mridangam drumming, batik, and bharatanatyam dance. I spent four months in Chennai studying Viniyoga under TKV Desikachar.

Areas of Experience

I have studied a variety of modalities to address conditions such as women’s health, digestive concerns, cognitive function, chronic pain, muscular strain and sports injuries, anxiety, stress, addiction, and insomnia.

Philosophy & Approach

In each acupuncture or bodywork session, I draw on different modalities to meet the unique needs of every patient. Practicing Chinese Medicine and the healing arts brings me immense joy. I’m passionate about supporting others through life’s transitions and helping my patients navigate their healing journeys. Always a student, I continue to expand my knowledge through reading, study, and practice.
